My stay at Caption By Hyatt Downtown Nashville was pretty mixed. While I appreciated the great location and friendly staff, the room was smaller and darker than expected, which was a bit disappointing. I also encountered some issues with housekeeping and the valet service prices, but overall, the experience had its highlights.

I had a generally pleasant stay at Caption By Hyatt Downtown Nashville/The Gulch. The décor and furnishings were lovely, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I had a frustrating experience with the parking system, which was valet-only and came with unexpected charges (definitely a downside).
